Shopping Process
We have endeavoured to make your shopping experience with Dura-Wear as easy and straight forward as possible. All our products are shown with a variety of options depending on the product. Select the appropriate options such as colour and size and click the “Add to Cart” button. This will then show you any options you have in your shopping cart, and will present a menu throughout the rest of your browsing session allowing you to go back to your cart and make any adjustments to your order.
Once you are happy with your order, click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be able to enter your name and address details. Once these are entered correctly, click the “Continue” button to be transferred to our secure server where you can enter your payments details securely. When you are ready to finish your order, click on the “Purchase” button. Your order will then be processed and you will be presented with a confirmation screen detailing your order. You can print this page for your receipt, and a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you supplied.
Upon receipt of your online order, Dura-Wear will immediately prepare and despatch your goods. If we are out of stock of items or any unexpected delays occur you will be notified by email or landline, giving the choice of waiting, changing the goods or cancelling your order. All backordered orders will be given an approximate delivery date.
Freight & Shipping
All orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Shipping costs will be shown after completing delivery details.
Australia:
Orders under $100, Shipping = $6
Orders between $100 & $250, Shipping = $8
Orders over $250, Free Shipping
Overseas:
Orders less than $400, Shipping = $25
Orders over $400, Shipping = $35

At Dura-Wear we take your privacy very seriously. Any details given will only be used in regards to your corresponding order. Your email address will only be used to send a confirmation receipt and will not be passed on to any other party or used again in the future.
