Dura-Wear has a nation-wide presence in the hospitality supply industry with our clientele ranging from chefs, cafés and restaurants through to caterers, major hotels and educational institutes.

Our core business is in the design, manufacture, import, wholesale and retail of an extensive range of uniforms, equipment and accessories. We operate primarily out of two Club Chef retail stores in Melbourne, and a third location at the Johnson’s Club Chef store in the Sydney CBD. Our Head Office and Warehouse is based in Fairfield, Victoria.

Our experience in uniform supply logistics has proven that a standardised national uniform is best achieved by having one dedicated and centralised supplier. Such an arrangement provides a complete consolidation of uniform design and quality, staff fitting and delivery arrangements, embroidery (thread quality & colour, logo position), alteration guidelines and supply reporting amongst other benefits. Our head office is based in Fairfield (less than 10km from the Melbourne CBD). It has plenty of onsite parking available and is easily accessible by public transport.

Jonothon Ray

General Manager

Jonothon has been working within the garment and hospitality supply industry for over 20 years. With a vast knowledge of garment manufacturing and sourcing, Jonothon oversees all facets of our design, manufacture, import, wholesale and retail operations.

Simon Radtke

Sales & Operations Manager

Simon is a qualified chef who has been working within the chef supplies field for over 20 years. As a highly process driven individual, Simon is responsible for sales and support to the education sector, in addition to product sourcing and development.

Anthony Gatley

General Manager
Sales & Operations - NSW

A qualified chef, Anthony has worked in both back and front of house areas in numerous facets of the hospitality industry. In recent years Anthony has worked in the training and education sectors, his most recent position being Program Leader – Commercial Cookery, Patisserie and Butchery with William Angliss NSW. Anthony overseas our NSW operation and is responsible for business development and sales into the hotel and education sectors.

Bruce Roscrow

National Sales Manager

Bruce has been involved within the uniform and textile trades for over 35 years, beginning his career with a school wear manufacturer/retailer followed by almost 20 years in the textile industry. Bruce has a strong knowledge of corporate uniforms, in particular suiting, and is responsible for servicing key accounts in VIC, TAS, SA, WA, NT and QLD.

Michelle Rhodes

Sales Manager

Michelle is an experienced multi-departmental office manager who has been involved in the uniform industry for almost 10 years. She has an extensive knowledge of stock uniform service, fabrics, embroidery and screen printing processes. Her background as a qualified graphic designer provides her with an ease of communication and visual solutions. Michelle is responsible for the daily communication of key accounts and new business.
